Every Italian has in his chromosomes the taste, scents of the food his “mamma” used to cook for him, and he will never forget. Our itinerary will not teachyou the great restaurants chefs' recipes, so complicate to repeat and far from the traditional simple Italian cookery, but they will prepare and taste dishes"locally preferred", the ones that locals want to keep all to themselves.
Depart from your hotel by luxury car to an organic farm based in Tramonti, the country side of the Amalfi Coast. Meet your host Raffaella, she will welcome you with a healthy snack made by freshly made orange juice and home made tarallini.
Raffaella will start the day with a mozzarella making demonstration, to try the real mozzarella cheese just done, then you will be invited to pick up vegetables and eggs from the garden in order to start cooking your lunch. You will cook together with Raffaella, tasting the red wine made in the farm. The day menu is always different, according to the season and the vegetables available in the garden.
At lunch time, you will relax under a beautiful pergola trying the fantastic Italian food you prepared, together with a good glass of red wine. At the end of the lunch, return to the hotel.
