Duomo Ideal location
Our recent stay at the Duomo apartment was exceptional and enjoyable. Very well appointed, conveniently located,and the pooximity to the Duomo afforded us "Box Seats" for the daily happenings at the cathedral, including concerts and church functions.To have the option of sourcing breads,pastries,fruits,meats,and of course the many great restaurants,daily outside the your door, brought the town at your beckon call.

A stunning apartment in a stunning location
Having spent our honeymoon here 13 years ago, we returned to Amalfi with our 3 children, slightly apprehensive that it was the right destination for a family which included little ones. We were not disappointed and there was something for all of us! In our week in Amalfi, my 8-year old enthused about our trip to Pompii, my 4-year old was perfectly content building sandcastles on the lovely beach at Atrani (a 10-minute walk from Amalfi),and I loved losing myself in the backstreets to explore the shops for hand-made leather shoes. Put all of this together with some of the best sea-food I've tasted (I would recommend a visit to the Marine Grande in Amalfi to try their trio of squid!) and a lot of the limoncello, this was the perfect family holiday.
The apartment itself was spacious, light and airy with high ceilings and decorated simply and tastefully and it's central location, next to St Andrews's Cathedral was magical. There were 5 of us staying in the apartment and there was definitely plenty of room, with a seperate space off the dining room, which could be closed off or opened up as reception space. It was a joy having breakfast in the large spacious dining area, with a window looking directly down onto the cathedral steps!
Having air-conditioning for temperatures in the 30s would have been an advantage but we were provided with electric fans, which partly alleviated the problem.
Thank you Rosella and her team for organising our Pompii trip, sorting out taxis and for your medical advice! We were very well looked after.

The apt was great,the access to Amalfi and the Med Sea were fabulous.
Only a few minutes and you will sail on a boat to somewhere
on the Amalfi Coast.
The staff was great!!!!

Superb location spacious apartment and elegant decor - 24.03/31.03.2013
We absolutely enjoyed staying in this apartment central location was outstanding. The apartment was spacious and easy to live in. The kitchen facilities and equipment were excellent. We enjoyed sitting in the formal lounge having our coffees and limoncellos. On warm days we were able to open the doors and absorbe the culture and sounds of Amalfi especially the wonderful Catthedral bells. Being so close to the catthedral and bell ringing was not disturbing.
What we enjoyed most was the superb location and elegant decor. Also it was very spacious.
The staff were always obliging and very helpful

We had a wonderful time and the flat is en excellent condition. Location Location Location
You are bang in the center of Amalfi and still you can walk to the beach in less then 1 minute.
We had excellent service from L'Altra Costiera.
