  • Arrival and DeparturePlease inform us of your arrival time and/or your flight details so we can arrange delivery of the key. Arrivals must be timed between 15.00h and 20.00h. Regrettably, if you arrive between 20.00h and 22.00h there will be a € 50,00 surcharge. Arrivals later than 22.00h will not be accepted and delivery of keys will not be possible. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals (the check in time has to be agreed. Sunday check-in time is between 4pm to 8.00pm If clients leave the villa or the apartment before 9.00 o’ clock in the morning we will hold the deposit which will be sent by electronic draft bank to the agency or guests the day after their departure. It is necessary to inform us of your approximate arrival time at least 10 days before your arrive. In order to facilitate key delivery, please call us on the final leg of your journey to the Amalfi Coast

Alleria is situated in one of the oldest areas of Ravello though once at the property the views will surely reward all visitors; the house has a large double bedroom, a small completed kitchen a bathroom with a shower, a veranda and a terrace overlooking the sea. Perfect for couples

Description

Alleria is a very well furnished, modern apartment situated in the area of san Giovanni alla Costa and is reached by a series of approximately 50 outdoor steps and then a 15 minutes’ walk to Ravello square passing the famous Auditorium Oscar Niemeyer en route. 

On arrival at the property visitors will be rewarded by breathtaking views.

The location is perfect for guests that love to discover the Amalfi Coast by foot. The house is located on paths that criss-cross the hillside and lead to the coastal towns of Minori, Maiori, Atrani and Amalfi. You will discover vistas of incomparable beauty as you walk amongst churches, lemon groves and enjoy the scents of the Mediterranean landscape.

The apartment is well equipped and consists of:
A bedroom with a double bed, a TV, a table to have dinner and a wardrobe.
From the bedroom there is access to the veranda with a nice kitchen corner furnished with electric induction hob, small oven, toaster, small fridge-freez, Nespresso machine.
From the veranda there is access to the terrace overlooking the sea and surrounding mountains and furnished with a table and chairs

The house is also furnished with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Bus stop, restaurants and cafés are all within a spectacular walk and at about 600mt.
At few meters from the house it is possible to acces to a public pool at an extra cost

If you arrive with your car in Ravello, Simone and his team will take good care of it. The parking lot "Al Ponte" is open from 8am to midnight and offers complimentary valet service (pickup and delivery at your holiday home, or at the closest point open to traffic). The daily cost is €20,00 including the delivery of the car.

We suggest you to book the parking in advance. Once you get at the parking a shuttle serviced will be at your disposal to take you and your luggage at the house closest point.
