Casa Ponticeto is located in one of the oldest areas of Ravello just 500 meters from Piazza Duomo and 300 meters from the famous and beautiful Villa Cimbrone, reachable trough a lovely walk and climbing about 60 steps .
Recently renovated it is composed of:
-A complete kitchen with kitchenette, a snack with chairs for 6 people and an area with a sofa;
-A spacious double bedroom with a window and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs overlooking Villa Eva and a complete private bathroom with a shower;
-A spacious double bedroom with a window and view of the village of Scala and sea view and a complete private bathroom with a shower;
The 2 double bedrooms on request can become rooms with 2 single beds
-A bedroom with a double sofa bed and access to a small terrace with a table and chairs.
-A third bathroom complete and with a shower;
Both bedrooms and the living room have a TV
Bus stop is at about 500 meters, restaurants and bars are nearby and within a walking distance. Parking is not available in the property, it is possible to reserve a parking at an extra cost. For more information, please contact us
To know: On the upper floor of the building there is another house and the owner has its access passing through the living room terrace of Pontioceto house. The owner do not live in Ravello and use the upper property only on certain days of the year
The entrance to the property is in front of Villa Eva. In this Villa there are events organized and one of the rooms faces the Villa
The bus stop to reach the villages of Scala, Pontone and Amalfi is located at about 600mt from the property. If you arrive with your car in Ravello, Simone and his team will take good care of it. The parking lot "Al Ponte" is open from 8 am to midnight and offers complimentary valet service (pickup and delivery at your holiday home, or at the closest point open to traffic). The daily cost is €20,00 including the delivery of the car.
We suggest you to book the parking in advance. Once you get at the parking a shuttle serviced will be at your disposal to take you and your luggage at the house closest point
