Amenities and important info

  • Arrival and DeparturePlease inform us of your arrival time and/or your flight details so we can arrange delivery of the key. Arrivals must be timed between 15.00h and 20.00h. Regrettably, if you arrive between 20.00h and 22.00h there will be a € 50,00 surcharge. Arrivals later than 22.00h will not be accepted and delivery of keys will not be possible. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals (the check in time has to be agreed. Sunday check-in time is between 4pm to 8.00pm If clients leave the villa or the apartment before 9.00 o’ clock in the morning we will hold the deposit which will be sent by electronic draft bank to the agency or guests the day after their departure. It is necessary to inform us of your approximate arrival time at least 10 days before your arrive. In order to facilitate key delivery, please call us on the final leg of your journey to the Amalfi Coast

Description

Casa S. Luca is situated in the small village of Praiano located between Amalfi and Positano. The Amalfi coast is characterized by the steep rocky mountains falling sheer into the sea. Casa S. Luca really captures the beauty of the Amalfi Coast with its fantastic views and a nice walk down to the sea.
The apartment is nicely decorated with a comfortable homely feel to it; to reach the Casa S. Luca there are about 40 steps to get down.

The house is very cozy and very well furnished  and is made up of:

  • A combined  large living/dining area with a sofa and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, oven and microwave;
  • A double bedroom with window and access to the single room and to a complete bathroom with a shower;
  • A double  or twin bedroom with window;
  • A complete bathroom with a shower and washing machine;
  • A private large terrace of about 80 square meters equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

Parking available on the main street at euro 2.00 per hour from 8.00 a.m to 10.00 p.m. At about 700mt there is free parking (not guaranteed)
Praiano beach is 4km away and can be reached by local bus. On foot (for those who like to walk) is about 1.5km via shortcuts with stairs
Positano and the beach are reachable by public bus: the stop is located at 100 mt far from the apartment.
Restaurants, bar and shops are nearby in 5/10 min. walking through a panoramic road that connected the upper side of the village with the centre.
A grocery is at only 100mt
