This daily itinerary will take place in one of the Amalfi Coast's pearl, Ravello. The tour will shed light not only on its gastronomic productions, which are an important part of the Amalfi Coast culture. The exploration will include a shopping experience with Enzo in the local shops, a stop at a cheese maker shop, so-called "Staiano", and a visit to a liquor producer of the famous limoncello. Finally, participants will enjoy lunch in Enzo's private residence, with a choice amongst three different menus.

Schedule and partecipation
Time period the activity is operational from April 15, 2001 to October, 31 2002, but to participate in the tour is necessary a minimum of 5 participants and is not possible to have more than 12 participants (maximum).
