Arrival and DeparturePlease inform us of your arrival time and/or your flight details so we can arrange delivery of the key. Arrivals must be timed between 15.00h and 20.00h. Regrettably, if you arrive between 20.00h and 22.00h there will be a € 50,00 surcharge. Arrivals later than 22.00h will not be accepted and delivery of keys will not be possible. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals (the check in time has to be agreed. Sunday check-in time is between 4pm to 8.00pm If clients leave the villa or the apartment before 9.00 o’ clock in the morning we will hold the deposit which will be sent by electronic draft bank to the agency or guests the day after their departure. It is necessary to inform us of your approximate arrival time at least 10 days before your arrive. In order to facilitate key delivery, please call us on the final leg of your journey to the Amalfi Coast

Nice and spacious apartment located in a very panoramic area of Ravello; ideal for couples or families. It consists of a well-equipped kitchen and sitting area, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a complete bathroom. Both kitchen and bedrooms have access to the sea view terrace. Lower floor consisting of a sitting area with sofa bed and full bathroom

Nonna Anna is situated in one of the oldest areas of Ravello, in “Lacco area”.
It is an apartment restored the 2008 and reachable by a series of approximately 15 outdoor; widely graded steps, only a short walk from the characteristic Piazza Fontana and just 10 minutes walk (100 metres) from Ravello's square (700 metres) and shops are at 50/100 mt away.
Though once at the property the views will surely reward all visitors; The terrace and the arch windows panorama looks directly down across the sea!

The apartment is well equipped and is on 2 levels:
First level

A specious open plan kitchen complete of stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle
A living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea, chimney and TV
A bedroom with a double bed;
A bedroom with a single bed
A bathroom with a Jacuzzi;
A terrace overlooking the sea, village of Minori, Maiori and the mountains; the terrace is furnished with table and chairs. The bedrooms and the living/dining give on to the same terrace

The second level is located getting down 15 steps from the dining area and is made up of:

A studio with a double sofa bed. (Please note: there is not the PC that is in the picture; internet is only possible in the living located on the first level and with its own laptop so make sure to have your computer
A bathroom with shower;

On request, an Italian chef is avaliable at very reasonable rates to prepare your meals.
Maid service is available if requested.
Bus stop, car park, restaurants and cafés are all within a spectacular walk.

A lovely home base for exploring

To come "home" at the end of a day of exploring - and stop on the way back from the bus stop at the meat store, the cheese shop and the grocery store part way up our street to get provisions for our next few meals - what a treat! Once we were home, the views over the countryside and sea were more than exceptional. We slept well at night on the comfortable bed, and it was so quiet - our local rooster did his act during the day! English TV is limited to BBC World, but we coped. Ravello is a beautiful and quiet town, and was an excellent base for exploring the Amalfi Coast without being in the hurly-burly of the larger centres. The bus ride up and down to Amalfi was always exciting.

The views are amazing from all rooms on the main level of the house. The house is about a 15minute walk from the main piazza. If your looking for somewhere close to the main square this would not be the place for you. The house is in an area where the locals live. Felt very safe walking around at all hours of the day and night. Very quiet area. Nice having a washing machine to wash clothes. The house is plenty big enough to accommodate a family. The downstairs area stayed cool. Very nice having 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again if in Ravello

Rossella's place was great, and just what we needed as a home base for a wedding in Ravello. Rossella was extremely helpful, quickly responding to any minor issues that we had, and the view has to be seen to be believed, even in this beautiful part of the world. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay and would definitely come back.

The photographs simply do not do justice to Rosella’s home! The house is very spacious and gave our family of 5 plenty of privacy between us, yet at the same time we also got to enjoy time together in the cosy living room where we ate as a family. The kitchen is well stocked for anyone who wants to cook themselves. The bedrooms are comfortable. The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking and the town of Ravello is quaint and charming. Rosella was very helpful in giving tips for our winter stay during New Year’s Eve, and quick to communicate whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at this place.

This apartment is a dream. Look no further. The photos really do not do it justice. Every day and from every room on the main level you wake up to a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. I'm not sure what can top that. I had a brilliant time and cannot wait to return. Ravello is an enchanting city that you have to experience the magic of in person at least once in your life. The space was top notch in terms of cleanliness. The tile floors were shining when we walked in! WIFI worked in the living room and there were a few issues with it but generally it did the job. Kitchen was great. Wonderful gas stove and vintage spacious refridgerator. Kitchen amenities like oil and vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar were provided and greatly appreciated. There were multiple Italian espresso makers of various sizes, a blender, iron if you needed one. Water temperature was not very hot but it was 90 degrees out so was never a problem. Downstairs area was nice and cool even during the day and great as an extra space. Rossella also provides many tours for activities. They were booked so I couldn't take advantage of them but it was a plus knowing they were available. I recommend you book them in advance if you want to check out kayaking, diving, boat rental, etc. as they fill up quickly. This apartment is very spacious with stunning I repeat, STUNNING views from the balcony. Very quiet at night. I cannot reiterate enough how lucky you will be if you stay here.

“We came to Ravello for both a family vacation and to attend our nephew's wedding. The Nonna Anna met all of our needs. It was very comfortable for the 4 adults in our party, was well located to the town and all of the wedding events, and had a spectacular view from the balcony. The apartment was also very close to a small market which was very helpful. Twice we took the beautiful walk down to Amalfi and the bus ride back left us very close to the apartment. All in all, a very comfortable and beautiful setting.”

perfect place

Nonna Anna was a perfect place for our family with 3 children (of 10, 5 and 3 yrs old) to stay. Rosella arranged a taxi for us from the airport to the accommodation, he was waiting on time and very helpful and friendly. Rossella was waiting for us at the house when we arrived, she was fantastic and made us feel very relaxed and communicated well with us as we can't speak Italian. She showed us round and told us everything we needed to know, explained and marked places on the map that we needed. Ravello is such a beautiful place, we will go back one day and would stay in Nonna Anna again as it is perfect distance to the Town Square. When it was time to leave Rossella and the taxi were there on time and the the driver helped us with our suitcases into the airport and told us where to go. I can't fault their service. Thank you.

Amazing stay at this property

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Our welcome was fantastic and communication between the owner was excellent. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. It is in a very good position with a lovely little shop nearby that we were able to get most things.
The weather during our stay was extremely hot and the bedrooms would have benefited from air-conditioning, however there were fans in the rooms that helped.
Overall it is a great place to stay and we were very happy with our booking from start to finish.

Our stay was fantastic! After an adventurous drive up the coast we didn't expect the wonderful view you will have from the balcony.
Every morning we woke up to the stunning coastal view and right on the first evening we walked the most amazing thunderstorm above the sea without setting wet.
We loved the introduction by Rossella! Very helpful. She helped us with everything and we loved the boat tour!

Apartment and town was really nice. Rossella was a great host, really friendly and pleasant.

Rossella was a very friendly and convenient host. She helped us with all things about the apartment like how to handle local requirements and where to find shops nearby. But she also helped us with activities for the area like e.g. an amazing boat trip. She was always willing to help and assist for questions. The apartment itself was very nice with a wonderful view from the balcony. The town is rather small but with a really nice atmosphere and friendly people around. With bus/car you can go the towns nearby. All in all a really big thanks to Rossella and absolutely recommended.

Som una familia de quatre persones formada per un matrimoni i dues filles adolescents. L'apartament de Rossella Mottola és excel·lent per a conèixer la costa amalfitana. Sens dubte, la millor ubicació. L'apartament està molt ben equipat i es correspon amb l'anunciat. Cal remarcar que té unes vistes increïbles des de la llarg balconada que et conviden a quedar-te tot el dia gaudint del paisatge. Dels pobles de la costa Amalfitana, al nostre parer, Ravello és el més bonic. L'únic problema de la costa amalfitana és l'aparcament del cotxe. Antonella que ens va rebre i va ser molt amable, ens va possar en contacte amb un aparcament que et venien a recollir i a portar el cotxe a l'apartament quan calia per un preu raonable. La veritat és que per moure't pels pobles de la costa, el millor és l'autobús o vaixell. Antonella igualment ens va acompanyar al centre per mostrar-nos el supermercat, tendes, el punt d'informació turística i ens va deixar un plànol del poble. Un indret i un apartament per a recomenar, sens dubte.

It is good to be back home. Every day I think of the three weeks in Ravello and recall such wonderful places and people like you. I had such a great time. Thank you for all the arrangements for Nona Anna. We had a lovely stay. The apartment was just right for the three of us, well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed the short walk to town. The best part was the wonderful view which we all would stare at for hours. You live in a glorious area.
