Villa San Nicola is situated in Ravello. It’s a short drive or a very panoramic, ten to fifteen minute walk to the center of town.(about 800 mt) where there are all the shops, restaurants and the bus stop.
The villa is immersed in the green of the mountains, the gardens that surround the property, the blue of the sea below, the sky and the large and private pool. The swimming pool area is furnished with a shower a lovely swing, deck chairs, sun beds and a table with chairs
The access to the villa is along a private road leading to the parking area, which can accommodate 3 or 4 cars. The views are wonderful. Guests look out on the entire Amalfi Coast and the Bay of Salerno in the front and a green chain of mountains behind.
The Villa is on two levels and the entrance to the ground floor is through a large covered patio furnished with sofas and tables. The ground floor is made up of:
- A large living area with sofas TV, DVD player and CD player that open to the dining room with a table for 10 guests and a sitting room with a fireplace.
- From the living room you can have access to the large terrace with an amazing view
- From the living there is also access to the kitchen equipped with a stove top, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer.
- From the kitchen there is access to a large shaded patio furnished with a table and chairs a BBQ and a Pizza oven
- A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The internal stair (16 steps) lead to the second floor with a corridor that take you to the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:
- A bedroom with a large window overlooking the garden and the mountains. The room has a TV, air conditioning and double bed that on request can be twin (it has to be confirmed at the time of the booking). It also has an en-suite complete bathroom with a large shower and hairdryer.
- A bedroom with access to the large terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains. It has a double bed and is equipped with warm/cold air

From the same floor there is access to a separate large annex guest-house with large windows overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a double bed and it is equipped with a TV and warm/cold air
This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bath tub with hand shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and an hairdryer.
From the corridor there is also access to 2 bathrooms
1st bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin, a shower and an hairdryer
2nd bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin, a bathtub with hand shower and an hairdryer
The Laundry is located in an outbuilding
The villa is furnished with ancient (antique, maybe instead of ancient) furniture and lovely paintings; the flooring is made of hand-painted ceramic tiles. It can be used year-round and is fitted with central heating. A cleaning service is available.
A separate annex by the pool is occupied by a very lovely maid and her husband who look after the house.
