Arrival and DeparturePlease inform us of your arrival time and/or your flight details so we can arrange delivery of the key. Arrivals must be timed between 15.00h and 20.00h. Regrettably, if you arrive between 20.00h and 22.00h there will be a € 50,00 surcharge. Arrivals later than 22.00h will not be accepted and delivery of keys will not be possible. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals (the check in time has to be agreed. Sunday check-in time is between 4pm to 8.00pm If clients leave the villa or the apartment before 9.00 o’ clock in the morning we will hold the deposit which will be sent by electronic draft bank to the agency or guests the day after their departure. It is necessary to inform us of your approximate arrival time at least 10 days before your arrive. In order to facilitate key delivery, please call us on the final leg of your journey to the Amalfi Coast

Pompeo is located in the center of Atrani. it is a house tastefully decorated composed of 2 bedrooms, a large combined living/dining room with balcony, a small kitchen, 1 bathroom and a roof terrace overlooking the sea, the mountains and the caractheristic houses.

Description

Pompeo is well situated in the historical centre of Atrani and Amalfi is at only 10 minutes walk. Easy to reach from the main square, you arrive with just a short walk under Atrani’s antique archways and by climbing approximately 70 steps.
This simple yet elegant apartment has character specific to the Amalfi coast.
From its balcony and terrace, you can admire the magnificent view of the sea and the mountainous cliffs that surround Atrani.

The property is well equipped and consists of:

A large dining/living area with 2 single sofa beds;
A small corner kitchenwell furnished and with stove top and fridge;
From the living/dining room there is the access to the small bedroom with a bunk bed;

Pompeo Atrani 2012

My husband and I spent 2 marvellous weeks in Atrani in the apt Pompeo.
We love nearly the everyday life of the people here,sat in the bars of the piazza,did our shopping in the charming little graceries and retourned happily in our apartment to take some wine on the terrace with its magnificent view.we like most the atmosphere of this typical italian apartment,it is spacious and full opf charme.
The comunication via mail was quick and friendly,we were very satisfied of the company and the welcome was warm and helpful, we think we come back in the future.Thank you very much!

“Rossella was very helpful and friendly to us :) she also gave some tips and information and talked with us on the first day . We really loved Atrani and felt like home . Sure Positano or Capri might be nice to visit but if you want to feel like a local people and live in italian neighborhood instead of tourist Explosion than it would be the best choice . For us it was the best choice , we lived there like an Italians . The terrace was the highlight for us we spent a lot of time there and had lunch or breakfast . It was one of the best view ! Even better than expected bcs we didn’t knew that we have also view to some caves in mountain , church’s and the sea as well.. Btw the decoration is so cute as well . Very good interior taste <3”

We wished we could stay longer!

Rossella is such a thoughtful host, and this home is perfect. It is huge with beautiful architectural details (my partner is an architect and he loved it!). There are steps to get into the house but they are not very steep and it's a beautiful walk to get there. We did not find them difficult, and we are admittedly two out of shape Americans (just tiring when bringing our luggage)! There are so many nice touches to the home. We used the chess set to play on the terrace upstairs in the evening. We washed our clothes and there were plenty of clothespins to hang with. Rossella was always nearby (about a 10 minute walk away) if we needed anything. The house keeps very cool, and the views are just incredible. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

Wow is all we could say when we walked into this palace!

Wow is all we could say when we walked into this palace! It was absolutely amazing and Paola was extremely lovely and helpful when showing us around our home for a few nights and around Atrani. We would definitely love to come back and couldn't recommend this place more! It looks way better when you see it in person. Thank you again for having us :)

The location is very good. If you are seeking a quieter village Atrani is perfect. We were delighted with our choice. Rosella's house is lovely. The water may be turned off later in the evening so be prepared. This may only be due to the lack of rain this year. We had a very enjoyable stay. If had any queries they were answered promptly.

A lovely apartment which I would definitely recommend!

The apartment exceeded our expectations - it looks even better than the pictures. The roof terrace is perfect with amazing views. The apartment itself is very spacious for 4 people, and has lovely high ceilings. Rossella and Paola were extremely helpful - helped us with how to get to Atrani, what to do and even arranged a private transfer back to Naples airport. Atrani itself is a lovely little village and only a 5-10 min walk to Amalfi (much closer than it looks from the map) where you can get boats to see other parts of the coast. A lovely apartment which I would definitely recommend!

We loved staying in Atrani, it is close to other towns, we loved the quietness, less tourists, our apartment met our needs, it was in keeping with Italian way of life.
We liked most the quiet and friendly. Easily accessible if you are ready to the stairs. This apartment really represents traditional ways.
Staff were friendly and provided information about everything that we needed-comprehensive booklet.

a perfect appartment for a family

Pompeo is a perfect appartment for a family. The appartment is nice and quiet even though it`s located in the middle of the village, and there`s no traffic in Atrani. Only a short walk to the piazza with its shops, resturants and the beach. The wiev over the village and the sea from the roof terrace is beautiful.
The staff at L`altracostiera was very helpfull, friendly and speaks good english. We have stayed in The Pompeo several times with no complaints, and would not hesitate to recommend booking through L´altracostiera.
